Unethical business practises, low quality work AND materials for highly inflated prices. Took advantage of me and my grief over my Dad's death.
Didn't even finish the horrendous job, broke my central heating, bullied me by making a spurious small claims court notice - they didn't even turn up and the case was thrown out . Yee-Hah...
