They just finished installing a wet room at my home and I am delighted with the results. Hard working, pleasant, on time every day, and no time wasting at all. The worker always cleaned up and disposed of any rubbish into the skip before leaving. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. My sincere thanks.

Overall the fitting of the new bathroom was ok, took weeks longer than quoted however and within 2 months the flooring started lifting. Another 2 months later and still no response/repair from Lloyds. There were other issues during the fitting with poor customer service throughout. Buyer beware, I wish I'd checked reviews more thoroughly as the strength of a company's reputation falls on how they deal with issues as they arise. Had this problem been acted on and repairs made promptly then there would be no issue, these things happen. However as Lloyds have decided to go down the route of initially trying to fob me off saying fitter off sick then now not responding at all shows what kind of operation they run. My 'luxury' bathroom has a mess of a floor and now they have full payment, are not interested. I would add that almost every tradesman who carried out work on the job had little positive to say about the company either, Very disappointed to have wasted all of our savings on this project, a very expensive lesson learned.

Don't seem to like me pointing out their staff walking into petrol stations shops today not wearing masks, presumably on their way to someone's home to carry out a job and put that family at risk. I'd actively avoid this company or any thay behave in this irresponsible way. Posted a comment on their FB and they instantly blocked me and deleted the comment. Not even the decency to reply or apologise. Shocking.
