Very bad company with terrible communication. Pay is very bad if you can get paid Dont pay staff correctly so expect your invoices to be unpaid. No loyalty ur just a number which they struggle to get which I understand why now. Boss John, Mike or Dave are just a shirt filler sitting behind a desk. Wouldn't recommend anyone to work for the company in my personal opinion. No breaks No amenities

applied for a night security officer with logic was offered a job and given shifts to start 04/5/2021 2 days before they said there is no night vacancy now wanted to change everything to day work even after explaining days wasnt possible in interview and applying for nights.I i have just ordered new work clothing for nothing and informed unerversal credit.This is no way to treat a human being giving false hopes and to crush them,Totaly discusted with this.With the offer of day work i applied for a night position only and was not interested in any day work.

Running a Truckstop that had massive issues with lorries getting their curtains cut constantly was putting a strain on the the business. We was approached by LSM who said they could help with our problems......They have certainly done that. Appointed us a very well trained and professional security guard, since he's been with us we've had NO problems at all! The customer service from management is on point and they are always happy to help any way they can. Would definitely recommend LSM.
