Jenny has been a Building Surveyor for 18 years. Having previously been a Mechanical Engineer Jenny moved into being an Insurance Surveyor. She then moved into Building Control with a passion to make sure buildings were constructed properly. 

When an opportunity came up to work for the MoJ she jumped at the chance to write standards.

Now putting all that knowledge into making sure you can make an informed decision when buying a property.

I am not the 'client' of Lotus but I am the owner of a house that Jennifer has surveyed. Jennifer was very rude and abrupt with myself and my partner making us feel very uncomfortable. Jennifer was very vocal about previous clients and talking very negatively about them and their children. While going around the house Jennifer would be walking around saying "why, just why" about certain aspect of the house loud enough for us to hear but then saying it was confidential as the report was not for us leaving us very confused and uncomfortable. When I have tried to contact Lotus about the service was made clear that we was not their clients and we did not receive a service. Clients or not there should have been a professional standard withheld and this was not the case.
