From the first moment we walked into the shop Kenny, John & all their staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Kenny designed a fabulous plan for our downstairs cloakroom but even when we made amendments nothing was too much trouble. The fitters were all very tidy & their work has been of a really high standard. We are extremely pleased with the final results and would thoroughly recommend using Luck & Fuller.

Luck and Fuller provided supply only for our bathroom as we wanted a little bit of a quicker turnaround. They were INCREDIBLE. Designed the whole thing and then recommended things to help us have the best experience possible. We couldn’t have asked for more! Delivery was pretty much within a few days and were on hand with any questions about the products. If you don’t use these guys for fitting because of wait times, use them for supply only as the products were amazing quality! So so happy. Thank you Kenny, John and Team!

Luck and Fuller have just finished installing two bathrooms for us and we’re delighted with the results. At the design stage, Kenny managed to fit everything we wanted into some small spaces, giving us the designs we were very happy with. Once the installation started, the team were polite and tidy and let us know when they would arrive and what was going on. They were always happy to answer our questions and made the (minor) amendments we asked for without hesitation.

I highly recommend Kenny, John and all the team. From the moment I went into the shop to discuss my need for a completely new bathroom, discussing the layout, design and furniture, through to the installation, everything was done to perfection. Kenny and John kept an eye on the job throughout and any questions or concerns were addressed right away. The site was always kept tidy. The team arrived when they said they would and had everything with them to get the work done. The installation started and was completed on time. Luck and Fuller completed our new bathroom at the end of April. From the inception of the design in their showroom through to the three craftsmen who built the bathroom, we have been very impressed with their service throughout and would certainly use them again. As a team they are very polite, reliable, knowledgeable and capable!
