First time we have ever undertaken a kitchen project and read a lot of nightmare stories. Went to all the major high street names but didn’t feel the quality and durability was what we wanted (we have dogs!). Luckily found Luna Living and discovered their higher quality German kitchens. Easily the best people we found. They came up with a great kitchen design and ironed out some of the errors in our initial thinking. Their rendering of the final designs proved very accurate and lifelike. They recommended a very high quality team of installers that reconfigured the whole kitchen – new ceiling, new floor, rewiring, new plumbing to provide a totally new look to the kitchen. Fitting was superb. Any issues that arose – we had a few doors that were damaged in transit – were happily resolved with no fuss. Yes we did pay a bit more than I initially expected to pay, but a kitchen should expect to last 20+ years and in that context I feel it is money well spent. We highly recommend Luna Living!

The boss said I was to keep this short but I felt it wouldn't do them justice, As she is asleep...……. It is without any hesitation that my wife and I wish to say that we are extremely happy with the product and service provided by Mark and his team at and working on behalf of Luna Living in Lincoln. Without exception, all have been helpful and very considerate to our needs throughout the whole process from design and installation. The design phase was very positive and our thanks go out to Amy, Victoria and Gail who were involved at various times and offered considered advice based on their experience. They looked after us well and were very patient. The installation has been a challenge for who we refer to as `Steve the tiler` and Steve the fitter`. Both the tiling and kitchen fitting would have defeated many but each of them found effective solutions to problems at each occasion. Importantly, everyone treated us and our home thoughtfully and nothing was hidden from us. We were fully involved in the decision making and our thoughts and ideas too were taken into account before agreeing the way forward together. It was clearly evident that quality workmanship mattered and `Steve the fitter` made sure that the place was always cleaned up after the hard day’s work had been done and we are very grateful for all of his efforts and application. The result is absolutely fabulous. Thanks very much or delivering beyond our expectations everyone. Would we recommend Luna to anyone? Hell yeah.

Had my kitchen installed by them last year and bathroom this year. Great products and design service really help you visualise what you're getting. High end German manufacturers used and are very patient if you're not the decisive types. Highly recommended.
