Simply amazing all round. I would very genuinely like to thank the whole team. We have just finished a master bathroom complete overhaul and love Lusso’s bath, sinks, loo and brushed gold fittings.
Over that the team have been exceptional. Products arrived at various points of availability but the team kept us informed, sent spare parts when we could not find them and have the best customer service.
We messaged about cleaning products on the stone late afternoon on a Sat and had an almost instant response.

Hashim5 StarI bought a compact sink and one of their taps that come out of the wall. I ordered online and got an email confirming whether all items were in stock and estimated delivery time. Delivery itself was fine for as I have a driveway - it arrived on a wooden pallet which was rolled to just outside of the garage. The products were not taken into the house so just be aware of this especially if you live in a flat or a congested road. The products itself are great - the tap is a real feature and the sink is the perfect size for a cloakroom bathroom where you need space saving products. The tap is also very stylish and well made. I got the stainless steel to ensure no paint chipping etc and very pleased I did. Products are also very reasonably priced for the design of the products.Sunday 10th April 2022
Melissa Cupis4 StarLove the products but glad I ordered early as there was a long wait last year due to madness of Covid. I can't tell you how wow they look and now I just adore having a bath. One gentle hint - ask for UK waste fitting as normally sent with European fitting which my plumber moaned about. However once requested, it was sent the next day.Wednesday 16th March 2022

The quality of each item is outstanding. Every item was packaged beautifully. The customer service we received from Jo Donnelly was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We had a few issues, which were dealt with immediately. The service from Josh Flatman at the warehouse was great, he made sure everything was sent out on time. Seriously guys, there is no where else to buy your new bathroom from!! Lloyd Emery3 StarHave used Lusso before on a bathroom project and the product was decent hence ordering for my own home.
Not best pleased with the product this time round, the finish around the base of the unit and the corner joints leave a lot to be desired at this price point. On the plus side I like the basins especially the fact you can rub out any defects or scuffs that may occur, I wish my vanity unit was made of the same.Wednesday 21st September 2022
