Friendly & polite sales team who we found to be extremely knowledgeable relating to the brands & products displayed on their company website. After very informative telephone consultations followed by emails & quotations we purchased bathroom products for 3 x individual bathrooms. All the products arrived on the dates that we requested & were advised & were supplied with individual manufacturer’s technical/installation instructions. We would recommend and buy from this company again without hesitation.

Awful service. My partner and I ordered a sink from this website and it’s too big. When trying to return it they are trying to charge us £130 restocking and return fee... this is HALF the price of the sink. We are now left with a sink we absolutely cannot use and left out of pocket. It’s absolutely ridiculous - do not buy from this site - if anything is wrong they will not help.

Originally made an appointment to visit the showroom to get some ideas for our new ensuite. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they set aside an hour to sit with me and my husband and go over our requirements and point us in the right direction. Once we left we were followed up very promptly by email with ideas and brochures for products we might be interested in. Once we had decided on the products we wanted for the bathroom the staff were more than happy to provide a quotation along with images and technical drawings for us to correspond with our plumber which was very helpful. We weren’t starting the bathroom straight away so didn’t need the items delivering for a couple of months but they were more than happy to hold the items and have them delivered when required. When it came around to the delivery date everything arrived in tact without a problem we couldn’t have been happier with the prompt service from start to finish. We would definitely use this company again in the future.
