Mark was our architect for our garage conversion. Top class service and reasonably priced. Drawings and building warrant was submitted just days after he visited our house to get the specifications. We recently needed an amendment to the building warrant before it was passed and Mark helped us with that. Would have no hesitation using Mark and his team again!

We engaged MA Design and Build so we would have independent advice, assistance and professional plans for an extension. We were immediately impressed by Mark who was reliable, experienced and very patient with us making amendments to suit our wishes and explaining stuff all along the way. A real bonus was that Mark liaised with the Council for us from beginning to end. We are so glad we asked MA Design and Build to help us it was definitely money well spent.Thanks Mark.
