I had a problem with my boiler over the weekend. I called the office this morning and they sent an engineer round within the hour. The man on the phone was very helpful and when the engineer came round he managed to fix my boiler within the hour for a reasonable price. They are coming back next week to service the boiler as I was so impressed with them.

I was very surprised to see bad reviews of this company on here. I have used them many times and they have always been excellent. Yesterday, in this terrible weather, I had a problem with my heating and they came out straight away and sorted it, as usual, but what I thought was exceptional was that the engineer, Mike, came back after he had finished all his work to make sure the heating was working and that I was ok. I am disabled and in a wheelchair so heating is very important. The people who work for this firm are always professional and care about their customers. Thank you mike.

Quoted us over the telephone that a service to an Ambi Rad heater would be "a couple of hundred quid". When the bill came, it was for almost £600. We had been charged 5 hours extra for a fitters apprentice at £18.77 per hour, who, after reviewing CCTV footage of their time spent here, the apprentice did nothing but stand around picking his nose. Phoned to complain about the size of the bill, and had about £50 knocked off it. Don't think I will be using this company again. I somehow don't think that they pay apprentices £19 per hour.
