countryman19735 StarMatt & Darren did a bathroom installation and bedroom radiators as part of my loft conversion. Matt did the 1st fix during the early phase so didn't get to see him much I remember him being pleasant and helpful. Darren did 2nd to completion, he also was a very pleasant and helpful guy and we think he did a fantastic job on our bathroom install. Darren Percival3 StarMy builder hired this company to install 2 x living room radiators in our new extension.
Matt was very polite and new his way around our system and boiler. On the first visit he wasn’t able to complete as the pipe work wasn’t straight so ordered some extension to make it look better which was nice of him.
I had ordered some really expensive pipe work covers and floor caps which I gave to him on arrival (also laid them next to the pipe work so he wouldn’t forget) he said the pipe covers were too short and wouldn’t fit. I agreed and said not to install them but he forgot to install the floor caps. I politely text him after a few hours saying he had forgotten them but he ignored me and refused to respond to text messages, which is rude and so unprofessional. The builder contacted him and he finally responded saying he didn’t want to return to just fit caps as would need to drain the boiler again and would have to charge extra.
He also lied and said I never gave them to him and then made another excuse and said the floor caps wouldn’t fit.
This person comes across as lazy, unprofessional and rude and won’t own up to making a simple mistake.Thursday 6th January 2022
