Sarah Farr5 StarMike was extremely responsive and helpful when we found that our boiler wasn’t working properly. He came out the same day, accurately diagnosed the problem and started the process of cleaning our central heating system (chemical flush to be followed up by power flush) which was needed to remedy the problem. We’ve seen an improvement in our heating system after a couple of hours and boiler is working again.
Mike is very knowledgeable, explains everything and is friendly and polite.
He quotes fairly as well and his prices are competitive.

Power flushed the existing pipework which was in a sorry state.
Installed our new combi boiler and and renewed some outdated pipework to a radiator with no issues or drama.

Stephanie Hadwin5 StarMike has just installed a new boiler for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. The quotation process was quick and reliable, getting back to us with a price promptly and explaining that price too.
He communicated well before installation and on the day turned up on the dot of time he said he would, which made things easier for us.
The boiler has been installed and I am really pleased with how it is working and how it has improved the warmth of our home.
Importantly for me, Mike did a tidy job and I felt him trustworthy to leave unsupervised in my home whilst he was doing the work.
