Tony Siddle5 StarMartin is professional, fully qualified, and independent. He was flexible to come at relatively short notice due to a boiler fault. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and went the extra mile to find a replacement part due to the boiler being so old and parts unavailable through normal suppliers. He gave everything a good check over when he was here to provide assurance that the old boiler was still ok to use. I had several small plumbing jobs to do and he was as interested in getting my plumbing problems sorted as I was! I will use him again without hesitation. Karen Craig1 StarPoor. Mr Train looked at my issue (boiler/leak etc) and said he would be in touch with a quote. Nothing came. I rang him back about three weeks later, he said he'd had a problem getting parts but this was now resolved and he would provide the quote in the next few days. He never did. I rang him again via mobile, he said he had already sent quote over via text but would send it again that evening.I checked my texts, nothing received so sent him a message via my mobile to ensure he had the right number. Three weeks later, still nothing received. I had originally contacted Mr Train based on good reviews although I cannot vouch on whether his work is any good as he was very unreliable in providing any quote in the first placeTuesday 18th August 2015
