Neil was great, he turns up when he says, he's very responsive, very polite and does a very fantastic job. He replaced a radiator, which had to be bigger so did all the work involved with adding additional pipe and making clean hole in our new flooring. Really reliable and would highly recommend.

Neil recently replaced my boiler and did an excellent job. He gave a very clear breakdown of pricing (which was very reasonable compared to British Gas etc whilst still using quality products). He also arrived punctually and gave a very good indication of how long the work would take from the start. He did a very thorough job and spotted/dealt with (potentially dangerous) issues that another plumbing firm hadn't flagged. All in all, very happy with the service and I'll be using/recommending M20 plumbing for future work.

Neil moved a radiator for me. He wasn't the cheapest quote I got, however he was the most thorough and filled me we confidence that he'd do a good job... and he did. The job was done quickly and he cleaned up after himself. Good, friendly service, I'd recommend.
