Mackbuild carried out an extension and remodelling of our downstairs space. From the outset, James and his team were on hand to offer ideas and suggest what might work best. They always took their time to explain everything that was happening and we felt well informed throughout. Alan and Dan did a brilliant job fitting the kitchen, laying the floor, building a utility area and converting our old kitchen into a bedroom with an en-suite. From the groundsmen, electricians, plumbers, painter and tiler – the contractors also did an amazing job, were reliable, friendly and very helpful. It never felt like having strangers in the house when the Mackbuld team were working in our home, and we fully trusted them to work alone in the house when we were away on a couple of occasions. Despite working in the midst of covid, we always felt the job was progressing well and competitively priced. The team were always willing to answer all of the many queries we had as the project evolved and were there to assist us when we were a little lost for ideas. The end result looks fantastic and we have had lots of compliments on our new-look house. Kevin & Natalie

We were living in a different county while the work was being undertaken and James kept us fully updated at all times on how the project was progressing. James was always available to talk things through and suggest ways to make it look better. They finished off and cleaned up brilliantly at the end too. Would highly recommend.
