Very pleased with the service received from Magnet Potters Bar, Sophia in the branch was professional, friendly and very responsive to all enquiries and was a pleasure to deal with. Decent, until things go a little of plan and then they are a little hard to work with. Really happy with the kitchen, but took a long time to get there.

After being given a quote they were very inflexible on price despite the fact that a previous branch i dealt with told me all the prices are negotiable. In the end I went to Welwyn Garden City branch with the quote from Potters Bar and they took £600 off!
