I’m not sure if Magnet do any customer service training? Shocking service and zero intent to help. I went in with a door from my current kitchen trying to find a colour match. The young guy I spoke to said the colour had been discontinued but he could look into finding old stock (although even to get to this stage felt like a huge effort and that I was really putting him out by having to check). I never heard back from him so I called a week later asking to speak to him for an update, he was off so the lady said she’d get him to call me the next day. He didn’t, so I gave up. Having a magnet kitchen they technically were guaranteed my business and I was ready to buy there and then but still they failed!

Beautiful, affordable kitchen + amazing customer service Delighted with our beautiful kitchen and the unbelievably amazing customer service we received from Neil Craddock and store manager, Mike Reed in the Magnet Tunbridge Wells store. We were blown away with how both Neil and Mike went above and beyond for us even down to hand delivering replacement parts that our builder had damaged after installation. Any issues, which were few, were dealt with immediately and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble. To top it off, our kitchen was very competitively priced, and Neil worked hard with us to try to ensure we could get a kitchen we could afford.
