Maintenance 1st redocorated by hallway, bedroom and part of the living room. The price was very reasonable and the workmen were lovely and did a great job. Always felt that they put the customer first and were willing to go the extra mile. Will be using again and am passing on the company's details to my Mum who wants work done on her new house!

This is my first experience of Maintenance 1st. We had a leaking window caused by a failed sill, and they diagnosed it quickly and came up with a reasonable quote. The work was done in the time allocated, it was done well, with professionalism and courtesy, and it was quality checked at the end by a senior manager. We'll definitely be using them again

We booked them for general painting and decorating. The quality was good and they were good at communicating and sticking to the timescales they gave for when the work would be done. Would use them again.

Dear Customers, We verify all IP addresses and reviews left about our company as there are a lot of rival competitors out there who do leave bogus reviews in the hope to affect a company and their reputation. Ie...Dan W is currently being looked into by Google and search point as this person has left several poor reviews on several Maintenance and Glazing companies.... and cannot provide any evidence of works or quotes completed by any of these companies. Our company has a very straight policy, should you have proof of an invoice, works completed by our company (even proof of payment to us so that we can locate your file) and you were not happy you simply have to call our office and a manager will attend free of charge and look into any issues for you. In any case a site manager always attends to walk round and inspect the finish before being signed off by the client, who then has a 7 day period before bill payment should they not be happy, in adition to this there is then the warranties 1 -20 years depending on works - All materials are covered by warranty which we honour should anything fail. If as you say Dan W you are a genuine complaint and were not happy why did you not call our office and why can we not find your file or name on our systems? We have been operating for 11 years and can trace customers back that far, you're only a 3 month old complaint so should be easy to locate - Please contact us at the office if your query is genuine. Please only leave genuine reviews about works that have been completed and can be verified, Checkatrade has 73 reviews on our company which are live and verified with invoices and customers as opposed to Google who do not verify the reviews at all.
