Caroline Grant5 StarCame within the hour as promised, solved the problem at our end v quickly (less than an hour) and advised us to ring united utilities as he was suspicious that there was a blockage further down the shared pipe that might affect our neighbours. He was correct. The pipe had been damaged by 50 years of roots and united utilities were grateful for the heads up. They fixed it and all is well. Dom5 StarI contacted Manchester Drains due a backed up toilet drain. Good communication from start to finish. Unblocked drain initially and identified the root cause using CCTV. Outlined the work that needed to be be done to resolve the issue and gave a fair and clear price. Came back and carried out the work within a few days.
