Fantastic service from start to finish, prompt, quick to look at the job, super fast quote and acceptance service via click of a button, job completed far quicker than I expected, clean and tidy throughout, no mess left, put everything back (hidden toilet flush system) - very friendly and polite engineer. We've wanted a good plumbing/heating company for a while and have now found one who we will use for everything from now on. Great service - thank you very much indeed.

Excellent, polite and professional service. The engineer attended within the appointment schedule, fixed my water cylinder AND advised me on getting the most effective use out of my water cylinder. We had a problem with our heating. Not all the radiators [those on the top floor] were working properly. The boss [Kevin] fixed a time to look and analyse the situation. He was there on time, advised me appropriately and booked a two day visit to fix it. The two estimates arrived when they had been promised. I chose what work I wanted done and the engineer [Peter] arrived on schedule in a couple of days to do the job. He kept me informed throughout with regard to what he was doing and finished by the end of the second day. I was invited to inspect the radiators. The invoice for the work came through the following day and I paid it. At last service how it used to be-care for the customer and care for the job. I recommend this company and their work 110%. Unbeatable on price, honesty and quality of work! After struggling to find someone to fit my boiler for a reasonable price I managed to find M&E Services. Not only did they beat the prices I was given by 2/3, they were easily far better quality than any other companies in the area, and the professionalism and quality of their work showed that through my boiler installation today. They were on time and have a perfect system that gives reminders and updates on when and what time they would be there, which you can’t even rely on most other companies to even reply nowadays! Brilliant blokes, brilliant work, from a brilliant firm, wouldn’t recommend anyone other than M&E services.

Both Ben & Kevin went above and beyond whilst rewiring the house. Their work was fantastic and they listened and carried out all the work required and the extras we wanted including moving furniture to gain access I trusted them both to carry out the work while we were at work 100% and they did very well at looking after the dogs in our absence Ben arrived on time or always told me if he had to change times and worked a full day every day I would recommend M&E To everyone and look forward to working with them again in the future
