Shane moved mountains to fit us into his programme. We needed to refurbish the bathroom in our elderly mother's house as her outdated facilities no longer met her changing needs. Shane helped us navigate all the safety requirements, listened to our queries and provided excellent answers to shape the design. His project management was exemplary. Hypnobirthing With Anja5 StarShane, the owner, went out of his way to help us out when our first bathroom fitter went awol after ripping out our bathroom, leaving it empty. Shane sent over a lovely man called Ronny to tile, do our flooring and fit our new bathroom for us. Ronny was extremely meticulous, polite & hard-working. He asked questions as he went along to check that he was doing everything in accordance with our wishes. After 3 months with no bathroom, Ronny finished the refit in 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier! Thank you so much! ❤️Thursday 12th May 2022

Shane provided us with a detailed plan/design with the initial quote which was especially helpful in helping us visualise the end product and stood out from the other quotes we received. He helped us stay within our budget and didn’t attempt to up-sell us at any stage. We even had second-thoughts about the toilet we chose, right as it was about to be installed, but Shane was more than willing to switch it out for one which fit our space better. There was a slight delay before the job started (couldn’t be helped) but once things got underway, the bathroom was delivered within schedule. We love our new bathroom!Saturday 31st July 2021
