We chose Marku from Check a trade.com and he made an appointment to see the work involved immediately. His approach,attitude and knowledge was apparent he forwarded us a quotation promptly which we thought was reasonable. He commenced work with his team on the day he promised and they worked very hard all the time, even tho the weather was very hot. We are very satisfied with quality of his work. The work undertaken was to repoint and reset our large patio and and paint our garden walls rendegardwall

Great work by the team - the workmanship was excellent, and the forward planning was very evident as they caused no inconvenience to those around despite the complications corona-virus has caused. They were very tidy, ensuring they explained the vision they had to make sure we were aligned. Marku and his team were also very knowledgeable of the local regulations and were able to guide us to ensure we do not waste money, time and effort. An upfront price was agreed, with every step broken down, with Marku being very accommodating of our moving goalposts! Overall a very competitive builder, with excellent tradesman-ship, and exceptional communication with many people still enquiring about the drive to this day!

I found Marku builders when just looking for 'driveways near me' for my parents house. The initial reviews got my notice, after a phone call Marku attended and gave us a quotation. Within 3 days he started. I was not expected greatness to be honest, as the last two trades people we had hired for rendering the house and the garden patio were of really bad work but I thought might as well give it a go as Marku came across professional and knows what he is talking about. The finished product is great, the team arrived early and stayed late to complete. He offered ideas to my parents which they were alo happy with. He also upgraded the fence panels with concrete gravel boards and no grow sand without passing on the agreed quote. The only issue we had was we asked for a sloped pave from the front door to the gate for wheel chair access, but this did not take place as they were not reminded. Marku did however rectify using the left over sandstone we had and made a sloped access which looks good. My only feedback to Marku is that he does need to offer the scope of works in writing to protect himself as us as clients, I did request one but never received so partially a fault of mine too. Overall we are happy and will use again...Keep up the good work Marku!

Isa Marku and his men did an absolutely fantastic job with our garden. They listened to exactly what it is I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. They worked tirelessly and got the job done super quickly without compromising on quality. We are so happy, we will be getting Isa Marku and his men to do our bathrooms and kitchen also.

Marku and his team were punctual in turning up every day. We signed an agreement prior to work and they honoured all obligations (scope, materials, cost, time), even at the expense of costing Marku more. Even what was not categorically stated, they undertook the activities without fuss. Key strengths: Very accommodating to our needs, value for money, considerate, deliver quality, hard working team. I am extremely pleased with the final outcome. My garden is transformed.
