I found Matthews details online after reading numerous positive reviews. I must say I am very glad I proceeded with him and Master Plumbing Services. I had a leaking shower trap on the second floor that had already caused damage to the ceiling below. He was able book us in within a few days, quickly identify the source and get to work fixing the problem. Even though he charges an hourly rate there was a continued sense of urgency throughout the job showing his drive to resolve the issue asap and not charge any more than required. We found him very reasonable cost wise and would definitely consider him our go to with any further issues going forwards. No negatives, just an individual who is passionate about doing the best job and creating return customers via his excellent work ethic and job quality.

I thought that this re-piping job was complex but Matthew and Joe did a great job in just one day at a fair cost. Very friendly, honest, punctual, experienced, easy to deal with from the time I first called Matthew, through the scheduling and until they made sure that everything was ok at the end. Highly recommended!
