Shaun was great. He did the job at the time agreed and at the price agreed. In addition he went out of his way to explain the new thermostat and was very patient in dealing with pretty basic questions. I would thoroughly recommend him!

Shaun removed my ancient boiler and tank and replaced with a new Viessmann combi, a new flue neatly bricked in, flushed the system, installed thermostatic valves and Google Nest control system. He was recommended by The Heating Hub under their elite installers scheme and he talked me through the options - I was looking for an efficient modern setup. He's very knowledgeable, a careful and tidy worker with a friendly easygoing manner. He provided an ETA each day and arrived when expected. He talked me through any issues to avoid any surprises. Excellent work.

I can’t recommend Shaun enough. Had him out to fit a new Google Nest thermostat and unfortunately, due to poor wiring from a previous company it made the job extremely difficult for Shaun, but at no point did he give up. He got on with the job, completed it to a very high standard and fixed the wiring for us. I was expecting an extortionate price at the end due to the amount of hours needed to complete the job, but Shaun was true to his word and charged us the original fee quoted. Absolutely smashing guy, high quality work and will recommend him to anyone who needs any of his services (already have to 2 people and the job was only done yesterday)! Thanks Shaun and will definitely have you back to do anything else required in the future!

Shaun from Masterheat installed Nest thermostats for us. Shaun was excellent, very knowledgeable about the Nest system, very thorough and careful and very helpful in explaining how it works. Also when we noticed a minor problem with one of the hot water tanks not turning on Shaun came and had a look very quickly and sorted it out with no fuss. Shaun went above and beyond throughout.
