Noticed a leak in our house that was quite concerning. Messaged them and their staff made time to come and assess the problem straight away. Our experience with MasterPlumb was excellent! We called them about a possible slab leak which we came home to after our Christmas vacation. Their staff got to our house less than 2 hours after that call. The leak was worse than anyone expected and the guys worked hard to find and fix the leak and reroute a water line. They are polite and friendly and their service was great from start to finish!

We came from vacation and found out our water heater had no hot water. We called MasterPlumb they asked for few pictures of our old water heater and they arrived very prepared , used blankets to protect the floors, shoe covers. I was so impressed with great job and professionalism of this guys. Highly recommend to everyone.

My water heater is 15 years old and started making funny noise. I found MasterPlumb in local Google search and decided to try them. I was not mistaken by hiring this guys. They installed me 50 gallons water heater by Bradford While and gave me 1 year labor warranty. It was very impressed by such an easy process for me. Highly recommend them to everyone.
