Mark Parkins5 StarAfter Sales Brilliant! I had a fault on a MATKI shower screen. Notwithstanding the shower enclosure was installed nearly eight years ago, and a problem developed with the sliding door track, MATKI after sales were absolutely fantastic- good old fashioned customer care. They recognised the latent fault and sent an engineer within a week to fix the door track and delivered replacement seals, all as promised.
MATKI are not the cheapest but this is a great example of “you get what you pay for”. Would highly recommend and pleased to leave a positive feedback review (without being prompted by MATKI).Friday 18th February 2022
Richard Bacon5 StarSo i installed one of the Matki Shower screens EH?1200LH several years ago, possibly 2015. Subsequently a separate unrelated issue developed with the shower that needed me to remove and then reinstall the screen. Matki were brilliant. Not only did they still maintain a stock of parts but they worked with me to identify the correct enclosure, they got the parts out quickly and when i lost a part they sent a replacement free of charge. Their screens are not cheap but their after sales service is excellent especially given Covid. Well done and thank you!!Saturday 12th September 2020
