Oscar Rhys5 StarMr Tracy and his whole team did a fantastic job of remodelling our back garden. Nothing was too much trouble. Tracy worked with his suppliers to come up with alternative materials when our original choice was delayed so that our project could go ahead as planned. It was a pleasure to have his team on site. They all worked really hard, the work was delivered within budget and the extras were charged at honest costs. I have very high standards and Mr Tracy and his team met them all. Robbie Chandler5 StarI chose a brand of fencing for which McCreedy Property Maintenance were the appointed installer. Mr Tracy visited and quoted explaining the process and time frame. The work was completed and so pleased and more impressive considering the nature of the project left the site incredibly tidy without any damage. Joseph Adebiyi5 StarWe chose McCreedy Property Maintenance, because of their obvious professional approach to everything. Right from the initial quotation, through to the final invoice, we were confident that we would get a very good outcome.For any future projects, we would be perfectly happy to use them again.We asked for our back garden to be transformed from a lawn, with loose brick features intoa mostly paved area. with various fixed brick planters.The lawn had been a means for water to escape, in wet weather, so we asked for some new drainage, with a soakaway. This was provided in a way that inspired confidence.All rubbish was taken away quickly, without the need for a skip.Mr Tracy made it clear from the start, that he would be assigning the work to his team and that he would drop in from time to time, to ensure that everything was fine. They worked very well together.We like the outcome a lot and, although these are early days, we are not expecting any problems.Should any occur, Mr Tracy has assured us that he would come along and sort things out.Monday 27th June 2022
