The RICS HomeBuyer Report is suitable for most properties and purchasers and is the most popular survey among our clients. We produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) as we are qualified Domestic Energy Assessors. McGeehan Chartered Surveyors are an independent Chartered Surveying practice located in South Belfast.  We were established in 2001 and although Belfast based, we can provide services throughout Northern Ireland. We specialise in property valuation and survey services for residential and commercial property. Our expertise also extends to a wide range of associated professional services including residential and commercial property sales. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Joseph went above and beyond to accomodate myself and my partner with a Home Buyers survey after being advised to get one by our solictor very late on in the purchase process. His turnaround time was excellent and he got us back on track with our purchase with full confidence in our new home to be!
