Excellent service from start to finish. The home buyers report was very professional and in-depth and the photos were a great help. David was friendly, helpful and professional and didn't try and oversell the products they offer. He has kindly provided me with post survey advice on my property which I am extremely grateful for... Met up with Ben at Chapel. He was there early and had completed the outside survey before I arrived. Polite and very friendly. As we visited the inside of the Chapel, he explained to me the why we were experiencing the problems we had. Everything was done professionally. He then went on to tell me what will happen next and who I will hear from. Thanked me for my time... Extremely professional service, home buyers survey was very thorough and let me know exactly what to expect, and gave me views of the house/internals which could not be achieved simply by viewing the property. Communications were very rapid and obviously taken seriously, whilst also being polite and helpful. The personalised 80+ page report was finished and sent to me ONE working day after the survey being undertaken (surveyed Friday, received the report the following Monday), literally couldn't ask for better service. Mr Crean came out to my property to assess some potential damage to my brickwork, caused by some subsidence. During this time I was having a dispute with the insurers about the cause of the problem. Owing to Mr Crean's support, integrity and professionalism I was able to resolve the matter in a positive way.
