Got a boiler fitted by Mercer, but the flue wasn't fitted well. This resulted in corrosion damage, and when I contacted Mercer they offered to fix it. Never happened, eventually I had to get it fixed by someone else at my own expense. Mercer promised to put this right and repay me, but those were empty words too. Avoid.

Just got a new boiler fitted by Mercer Plumbing & Heating. All of this was planned and fitted within days. The guys were met with some access problems in my flat but they worked out a way! I am delighted with their work. Arrived on time and gave good clear instructions about the operation of the boiler. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Can't thank Stephen and Barry enough for the fantastic job that they did in getting my central heating working. I have the central heating system form hell basically . However, the guys took on the challenge and got it sorted. They where challenged not only physically but also mentally. For 3 days there hard work paid off. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are very professional, trusting ,clean workers and most of all they they will persist until the problem is sorted. Unfortunately for them my system needs replaced 😭.I will never use any other heating and plumbing company other than Mercer's. Thanks again.
