We have just finished a self build and needed a water meter fitted. Because we were more than 100m from the main the the road Thames Water insisted on a 40 or 50mm water meter which is massive compared with the standard one. I was put in touch with Metro Plumb for the work. Michael dealt with everything and he even provided pictures of the two water meters so we knew what we were getting plus what size - the 40mm and 50mm are very big units. This was useful for our plumber who needed to know how far off the wall the pipe needed to be. Overall a very professional service and a company that you can be confident using. A pleasure doing business. Thank you.

Metro Plumb in general and Michael Legg in particular have provided an outstanding service that is sadly so hard to find in the current climate. We had a particularly complex plumbing conundrum that had to be designed and constructed under a difficult environment to satisfy Thames Water so they can bring in a supply to the building. Michael and his team took control from the very start and their in-depth expertise was clearly evident in how smooth and efficiently they managed the project each step of the way tackling each scenario without flaw. I would highly recommend their services.

The plumber arrived 2 hours outside his appointed time. He got straight to work. He was courteous and friendly. He made sure I was happy with the placement of the installed tap. He cleaned up and took all his tubbish with him. He was mindful of my home by taking off his work boots without being asked. Not many tradesmen would do that! Eventhough he was extremely late, I would recommend this company for their professionalism and courtesy. The job did not seemed rushed and he made sure I was satisfied before he left
