I have used Michael Cuddy as a surveyor for a structural survey when buying a house. I received a fantastic service from Michael. He was responsive to all my questions and gave me up to date reports as he went through the job. His report that we received was incredibly detailed and thankfully highlighted the appropriate areas we needed to consider. His report saved us from buying a house that would have potentially cost thousands to fix. We have found a new home now and will definitely be using him again in the hope this one works out!
