Middletons were recommended to me by a friend who had used them as a surveyor. Philip was so thorough and honest with his survey of the house- it definitely highlighted a lot of issues that I was unaware of. The survey report was so detailed and professional looking and Philip had it returned to me in no time at all. Nicola in the office was always so helpful and made it very easy to organise the visit. I have had two surveys on two different properties completed with Middletons, both a full buildings survey and a home buyers report. Philip is a highly professional surveyor with great knowledge and expertise and his office team are very friendly and helpful in advising on what is the best survey for you. The offer of being able to go out to the survey with Philip is an added bonus that I couldn't recommend enough as he will take you around the property with him and points out a number of key things that will be highlighted in your report. This made me feel right at ease with everything as the report was clear and concise, but with the added help of seeing it myself along side someone professional. Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could!

I was not happy at all with my experience of Middleton's. His report contained a reference to a sliding bresamer beam and when I got an engineer out there was no beam there. He also passed judgemental remark upon my family's lifestyle.
