Some engineers working on gas appliances are not gas safety registered & they are also very rude, they called my 4 year old daughter ugly when they thought we couldn’t hear. Disgusting behaviour

Called an old woman a sl*g. Train your staff better. I just witnessed an incident whilst in traffic of a lad getting out of her car to record one of your vans for aggressive driving after having been apparently cut up. This woman was relentlessly abused by the man, who tore off the front plate so it could not be filmed. He called her the above as well as relentlessly swearing and being very very aggressive, to the point where I thought he could become physical. I’ll be emailing you with photos of the man in question.

Excellent workmanship on replacement oil tank . Only company that gave a solution that fully met OFTEC regulations. So good I also had them service my aging boiler. Equally well satisfied.

New oil tank and base fitted. New fuel line, tigerloop installed and removal of old tank and all rubble. Excellent service throughout, men worked really hard all day to complete the job. We thought it was going to be tricky but they did everything without any fuss at all. So pleased we found them and highly recommend. Thank you guys for an excellent job.
