Sean was extremely professional and reliable. From the first call we booked a time and date, saying he would text me when on his way, which he did, and was on time. Provided an amazing level of customer service, very kind and even checked all our radiators for us as part of the service. Completely transparent with pricing and very good value for money. I'd have paid more just for knowing I'd have someone that reliable!

Sean was fantastic. An effortless and stress free experience from start to finish. Rapid response, was able to accommodate need for quick appointment. Punctual and in fact early, which was of particular note of my partner who values punctuality a lot. Sean was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem and able to source the required parts immediately. The repair/ installation did not take long at all and everything left as it was, except now working :) Sean is a highly competent proffesional and a friendly, helpful and approachable person who I would thoroughly recommend.

Sean came and fixed a leak for us in an emergency, in and around our son’s 2nd birthday party. Sean was very quick and professional and made sure to stay out of the way as much as possible. Sean did a service for us before and so he was the first port of call when we found the leak. Excellent service again.
