I've just had an entire new bathroom installed by Mondo Bathrooms. Frank came round my house initially to measure up and give me a quote. He bought a brochure and loads of samples to help me make all my choices. I went for a walk in shower rather than a new bath. Mondo supplied and fitted everything I needed and even fitted some extras I'd bought from ikea to go on the walls, like a mirrored cabinet and shaving mirror. Michael and Dan, who did the installation were brilliant. Dan even helped me out whilst there with a minor issue I was having with my cloakroom toilet cistern. Couldn't be more helpful. As to the finished article, we'll it's just amazing. It's like a total different room, you'd not think you were in the same space as you were 4 days earlier when the work was about to begin. Thank you Mondo Bathrooms!!

Was a bit dubious about booking with them as couldn't seem to get a fitting date initially. However all came good in the end. initially only had a very old disabled walk in shower. Had a whole new refit and cladding on walls. For the price we paid £3425, over the moon with the results Wayne was an absolute star fitting the bathroom and shower, very well executed and love my new bathroom.

It has been an incredible pleasure working with Michael and Ernie's crew on our bathroom renovation project. Aspect created a wonderful bathroom design, and the construction quality was flawless. They frequently came up with creative fixes for issues!! Aspect were adaptable, prompt, neat, and overall great men. We will definitely use them again because we adore our new bathroom.

I cannot fault the service and care provided by Mondo Bathrooms. After contacting a few different companies, Mondo were the only one to actually come to my property, take measurements, and go through a full consultation step by step, clearly outlining costs for the installation. The bathroom was professionally installed, with the fitter working 10 hour days to have everything fitted to a high standard. I love my new bathroom and would recommend Mondo to anyone!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!!! FLOODED THE HOUSE!!! SAID COULD NOT ATTEND AS HAD A DRINK!!! NO EMERGENCY PLUMBER SENT!!! AFTER INITIAL LEAK... THEN BOILER WENT ON AND FLOODED HALF THE HOUSE!!! BURNED MY HANDS TRYING TO STOP GUSHING BOILING HOT WATER!!! NO REPLY IN OVER A WEEK AND OVER 100 CALL ATTEMPTS!!! £1000'S IN DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AS A RESULT!!! STILL NO REPLY!!! FALSE ADDRESSES!!! NO SHOWROOM OR UNIT!!! NO CONTACT!!! PHONE CALLS IGNORED!!! DISGUSTING!!! HOUSE LEFT POTENTIALLY FLOODING FOR OVER A WEEK!!! WORST QUALITY INSTALLATION!!! NOT A STRAIGHT CUT ANYWHERE!!! WRONG BATH TOILET DELIVERED!!! LEFT WITH NO FACILITIES FOR 4 DAYS!!!
