 The company is very a much a family affair, founded by brothers Paul and Joseph Moran and their father Patrick Moran. A streamlined company with an eye for quality, we employ the mantra of “adapt and overcome”, achieving the best possible outcome with regards to time, expense and quality. I would like to say a huge thank you to both Paul and Joe Moran for the constant support and professionalism throughout the construction of our double storey house extension. Paul, Joe and the teams design and craftsmanship made our dream house come true. When we had discrepancies with our local planning authority, which halted the build, Paul and Joe took it upon themselves to resolve every issue as quickly and stress free as possible. Thank you again, I couldn’t be happier. The help and guidance of Pat, Joe and Paul Moran at both the initial planning stages and throughout the development of our new 1.6 acre site in Aldridge proved to be invaluable. The guys helped us to satisfy stringent planning issues and complete the project both early and under budget. We have collaboratively worked alongside Moran Construction & Development Ltd through design and delivery of a number of projects of varying sizes. We find Paul and Joe Moran to be very professional in their approach towards project delivery and the company as a whole is a pleasure to deal with. Joe Moran has a good handle on the project management, co-ordination and contractual arrangements and Paul has a wealth of on site knowledge.
