Fantastic service from telephone query, to completion. Everyone I spoke to was lovely, names to mention..Becky, Isobel and the Engineer who told me his name (but I’ve forgotten). During the repair, I was told what was happening and how thing’s worked. No mess. Very polite. Very happy and will be my go to, should I have any other need for a plumbing service. Definitely recommend. Thanks

Steve from Morgans responded on the same day following the breakdown of our boiler and their service was faultless. Liam and Tom who later fitted our new boiler were professional, polite and explained everything they were doing. We were really impressed with the level of service and professionalism and we would thoroughly recommend.

Morgans always arrived approximately when they said they would, which I appreciated. The job was more complicated than expected but they handled this well. Adam and Jack were pleasant, professional and very hard working.

I contracted Morgan's Plumbing and Heating on Wednesday morning as my central heating had stopped working the night before. I must say also that the office staff were also very after arranging a plumber to come out something happened to my heating and it came on unexpectedly. So I rang back to say I dont need anyone to come out now and cancelled the visit. They were polite and helpful cancelled with help with no problem at all. 10 minutes later my heating stopped again. So I rang back and asked if it was still possible to get someone out as the problem has returned. Again the office staff were polite helpful reinstated the appointment with no problem. It was Steve who came out and fixed my heating problem, I agreed to the call out charge which in the end I had to pay. I am going to get a service plan with Morgans Plumbing and Heating now and having a Service done soon. I was with another Company on a plan which I cancelled because their service was nowhere near as good as this one. Thank you all for your wonderful service and I would recomend you to anyone. They don't know how to repair Electric boilers. Their engineer visited and kept calling customer care for 1 hr. Could not figure out what the problem was. Then they insisted me to pay Visit charges £85 and promised to send quotation for repair. I paid charges and even after many emails, phone calls i have not received any repair quotation. Worst thing is they are unable to figure out What the boiler problem is? Now they are saying they will send quotation for new boiler. It was total wastage of my money.
