Went into MPH on Friday for some advice and help with bathroom mirrors and units…never have I encountered such a rude and ignorant sales man (very tall over 50 curly hair, you know who you are!) I decided I wanted to use a local company as I have 2 builds in the area…but certainly won’t be using MPH, such a shame as now they have lost out on at least 15-20k worth of business.

Contacted Rob at MPH as I was having problems with my boiler pressure , he came out assessed the issue said it could be a simple fix or some parts might be needed , he said he get the parts but hopefully not need them but gave me a worse case quote which I was happy with . He contacted me as soon as he had the parts we arranged a date and time to have the job done . Rob turned up on time and luckily he managed to fix things without using the parts and charged me just for his time , really nice guy great service and will certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone

The lads in the shop were very knowledgeable and their customer service outstanding, which is why I ordered with them ,as a female customer they were helpful and not condescending like at some places, if only customer service was like this every where life would be easy would recommend 😁Many thanks Lucy topdog grooming
