Absolutely rude and non sense staff. The shop was stinky with weed smell, you can’t even stand up there for one minute. Staff is not helpful which make sense because if they taking drugs at work what would you expect from them. Definitely not recommending anyone. Please avoid

Horrible experience! First of all, one of the guys that work hard is incredibly rude. I called at 7am during the lockdown period to ask if they're open and he rudely responded "I've picked up the phone so obviously we're open". No it's not obvious! If that had some basic knowledge, they'd know that businesses often have staff come in an hour earlier to set up the store etc. Secondly, they refused to accept return of my boiler, which was never used as my builder also bought one and we doubled up the purchase by mistake. They were gonna ask me for 10% charge to restock the boiler, which is ridiculous! I even offered to put it back myself but they weren't having it. Thankfully, there's another branch in Webley who happily accepted the return. Was a pain driving all the way up there but still better than losing £170 restocking fees. Wouldn't recommend due to the bad experience. Would rather make the trip to their or branch which actually has nice people working there.
