Owen Griffith5 StarCraig carried out a boiler check first which was very efficient. He then helped fix the underfloor heating issue we'd been having as well as noisy radiators. He had to replace some piping and a pump as well as installing a Hive system to replace our over complicated existing one. He was clear on what he was planning on doing throughout (not that I understood all of it!!) and what the timing and price would look like.

Amrit Gill5 StarWe booked in Craig for an annual check and he was extremely helpful. We had some issues with the hot water which was raised with him beforehand, he took his time to go through it and resolve. Afterwards he told us to wait a few days to see how it is in case we needed him to come back again. The issue was fixed and he didn't have to come back again but it's nice to know the offer was there.
