S5 StarI asked Lloyd to service the boiler at a house we were in the process of purchasing. He called me straight after my enquiry, was friendly and easy to speak to, carried out the service earlier than expected and went above and beyond - checking the gas hob etc was safe while he was there so we knew it was all working before we moved in.
