I phoned these and they said they would come in 2 hours. I phoned my landlord and said the price and she said tell them no as too expensive. within 10 minutes i rang back and also left an email telling them not to come. 2 hours later the man turned up at my door. I explained I had cancelled and he was aggressive telling me I need to pay! I refused due to it not being my fault and he started swearing at me shouting and insulting me. To make matters worse this was in front of my 6 year old son. I told him to stop swearing as kids were around. his reply was 'oh what a shame' and then carried on whilst upsetting my son. Would advise anyone to stay away!! Have also took my complant further to get this company looked into.

My first ever review, only doing it as so upset.. Charged £350 for 30 minutes work, only cleared enough for water to pass, not sewerage. Had to get Metro rod in the following week go do the job properly £85! I reported this to the credit card company I paid with, hopefully they will take action. Only given 1 star as no lower option. Sent email asking for a copy of invoice, no reply, and to request refund, no reply, if they reply I will update...

1 star because the job was done, but it was a very unpleasant experience! First, I had to wait for 6 hours, not at all the length of time promised. The explanation of the pricing given on the phone at great speed, was most confusing and I ended up having to pay what amounted to £15 per minute, plus VAT of course!!!!!!! I was forced to pay there and then, no cheque accepted. One credit card refused to pay the company ! Why? I felt intimidated and most uncomfortable.

Dont touch with a drain rod. £300 bill for half hours work, then left without unblocking the blockage. Said drains were collapsed quoted £800. 70 year pensioner cleared it in 8 mins. Company very uncooperative when i went to complain. Gave one star cause no lower option. At least dick turpin wore a mask before robbing people blind
