Absolute fantastic service and professionalism. Over the massive cold spell we’ve just had (march 2018)...the owner postponed non urgent scheduled work to focus on high priority / emergency call outs. Wow.. impressive. Chap was massively knowledgable, friendly, helpful and efficient. 100% recommend.

Not very impressed ay all! I booked these guys to diagnose the leak I had in the shower room of a house that I let in Fulham and expressed that the matter was rather urgent as there are tenants in there and hence I need to resolve this ASAP. The reason I called this company was due to the fact that my usual plumber has gone to Ireland on a long term project and I assumed that a local plumbing firm would be the very best next option to someone I had known for a while... WRONG! For starters the ETA window I was given was 2-4 pm and as it was approaching 4 I called their office enquiring as to whether their guy was still actually coming I was tools that I should just wait for him as I did and the plumber finally arrived at 3:40 pm. On his arrival he told me that he thought the time of arrival was the 3-5 pm gap! Great communication on their part! He then set about his investigative work and after almost an hour found out what the problem was originated . I was then promptly charged for the visit a hefty £114! I paid duly and asked as to when they could perform the remedial works. I was told I'd be e-mailed the quote for the prospective works as early as the very next day. Well considering the visit was on Monday 2nd March and it's now Friday 6th March I've received no such emails yet though I called on Thursday 5th March and enquired what was happening! The only thing I do know is what I was told by the plumber (Karim) that depending on the actual nature of the job it'll be either one or two days as per the duration of the job at £500 per day rate! Thanks to the experience I've had with this firm I know for sure I'd never again trust a plumber company as they're only interested in charging their extortionate fees (of which I was in the dark up until I was actually charged) and then no follow up as they simply don't care about someone's predicament.
