We have had our boiler serviced and have been very impressed with the quality of the service in the past and decided to have a new boiler installed. I was impressed with the professionalism of the engineers and also the follow up customer service. The engineers demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the installation process and respected my property at all times - cleaning up afterwards and testing the boiler and heating system to ensure that everything was working correctly. I was suitably impressed with the customer service prior to and throughout the installation as I was kept informed when any changes were made and any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Typically, Our boiler decided to stop working just before the snow arrived!! Our neighbours recommended this company, as we have only been in this house for 9 months and we didnt know anyone! We called them and despite being incredibly busy, sent an engineer the next day. Robin the engineer was extremely proficient and detected the problem straight away, told us what needed to be done and what parts would need replacing.! He returned, serviced our boiler , replaced all the worn parts and to our relief, got it working again; in fact it is now working better than ever before.No more noise, smells or extreme heat in the utility room. Robin was very courteous and arrived on time. His knowledge of our brand of boiler made us feel very confident in him and he did not disappoint!The bill has arrived we were pleasantly surprised for a change, for 2 visits, a full service , plus parts; was very reasonable!! Thank you so much! We would highly recommend this company!
