He'd provided a survey for me on another property I bought 8 years ago and was really pleased so naturally went back to N J Waple Associates. A couple of queries came up during the sales process and Nick was able to quickly respond to my solicitors questions and gave me really clear answers which enabled me to confidently proceed with the purchase. Mark Parker1 StarHopeless. Were recommended by our estate agent when buying our first property. Failed to test and identify a damp wall at the time of inspection which we are now in the process of repairing. Nick and Nicky pointed to a blocked drain (it was covered with just a few leaves) for the reason that water was rising up the side of our building which simply isn’t true.
