Poor service, didn't like their attitude. They rummage through every room in the house like they owned the place. Would not recommend.

Kevin has surveyed 5 of our offices so far, the reports were completed quickly and were of the highest standards. I was that impressed I have asked Kevin to survey our remaining 25 offices throughout Wales. I cannot recommend kevin highly enough !

Kevin at NASS was absolutely fantastic. He was on-site the next day, carrying out the report for us. Being a first time buyer and having to get survey of this sort was unknown waters, and I was a little unsure as to the process. I needn't have worried, Kevin was an expert in his field and very helpful along the process. The report he put together is of the highest quality with all aspects covered. He also found two additional materials which contained asbestos the initial surveyor from the bank missed. Great Service, cannot recommend enough.

Kevin provided an excellent service and is a true professional. I instructed Nass Asbestos Surveyors to carry out a renovation survey of a property I have recently purchased. My wife and I are planning to live in the property with our young son, so it is essential to us that the place is safe. Asbestos causes me great concern. Kevin and his assistant arrived promptly on the agreed day. All of my questions were answered by Kevin in a very productive and helpful way. There were materials in the house that I was concerned may contain asbestos and Kevin took samples of these accordingly. Kevin and I discussed the work that my wife and I were planning to undertake at the property and, with this information in mind, Kevin and his assistant carried out a thorough inspection of the house and identified a number of additional materials that Kevin recommended should be tested. The price for each sample test was very, very reasonable at just £12. Kevin's report was excellent. Very easy to read and understand, had diagrams to aid identification of the relevant material/location in the house. The report also contained some additional information about asbestos generally and options/recommendations for dealing with it. In my professional life I have read hundreds of surveyor's reports and, in my opinion, Kevin's report was one of the most user-friendly and understandable reports I have experienced. It contained all of the information necessary, in an easily understandable style. The report does contain some additional, more complex information but Kevin has very sensible added this as appendices to the report, which means that the key content of the report is uncluttered. I am glad that I had Nass Asbestos Surveyors out to do the report because it has confirmed that: 1) Some of the materials I was concerned about do indeed contain asbestos. 2) Some of the materials I was concerned about do not, in fact, contain asbestos. 3) Some materials I hadn't even thought about / didn't know were present were identified by Kevin as worth testing and, indeed, the testing showed the presence of asbestos in these. The report will allow me to have the renovation work carried out appropriately and safely. I sincerely recommend Kevin for his surveying and client care skills.
