My old hot water tank was leaking so I called Nathan for advice and a quote. He recommended a new non-vented system which I ordered directly from the supplier and arranged a date for Nathan to install. He did a superb and very professional job - all for a very fair and reasonable price. The new system is great and everything is working as it should. Nathan clearly knows his stuff and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him as someone who can be trusted to do a high quality professional job.

From initial phonecall, Nathan turned up to repair my elderly mothers boiler within the hour (she hadn't had heating for 2 days). He diagnosed and sourced the part (on a Saturday afternoon) and had the place fully warm and sorted by mid afternoon. Also carried out a minor service and diagnosed additional issues which he is to return and resolve. I cannot rate Nathan highly enough. Very professional and accommodating. Nathan is a thorough professional in his work. He is the best combi boiler maintenance & service provider. He responded my call instantly and resolved combi boiler problem by replacing parts as required. Now boiler is working fine without problem. At the end of the day when he still had two more jobs to attend Nathan still took the time to explain over the phone how we could stop a leak which would have caused damage and then came out at the end of his busy day with the part needed to fix it properly. Excellent service and very knowledgeable guy. Totally recommend.
