We’ve now used NBK several times. Why? They’re totally professional, have top notch customer and communication skills. They provide solid advice. All of their staff are highly skilled and impeccable . They deliver a fantastic product and finish. The bathroom they’ve just finished for us is fab- delighted - cannot praise highly enough . A special mention this time for Ryan - a splendid chap - thank you Ryan.

We chose NBK as we were planning structural work as well as a full kitchen refit. We felt comfortable on first meeting the Diss team to discuss our requirements. Tony listened to what we hoped we could achieve and then planned a project that met our requirements. The site surveys and actual build were expertly handled by Matt and his team and we are delighted with the finished project. The aftercare has been superb: when we had an issue this was dealt with very quickly and to our satisfaction. We can highly recommend NBK and would definitely use them again.

We have just had our bathroom refitted, with bath removed and walk in shower installed. New tiling and flooring. Lee, our fitter was very tidy, organised and professional. His attention to detail is excellent. We are very pleased with the completed project. Thank you to all involved in planning, design and installing. We would highly recommend the company

After several years of putting off refurbishment of our kitchen due to concerns about disruption and mess, we finally took the plunge in August 2021. We were very impressed from the outset with the service and attention to detail offered by NBK and quickly decided that this was the right outfit for the job. There’s an amazing team of very skilled and conscientious staff at the company. Tony’s design fitted our needs perfectly. Matt (Project Manager) was attentive and responsive. Stuart (our Fitter) was professional and thorough throughout, providing an extremely high standard of finish. The whole team from stripping out of the old kitchen through to final painting was considerate and courteous and they consulted on the details of key installation features. There was indeed some disruption in being without a kitchen for 4 weeks but we are very pleased to say that the final product was worth it and will be enjoyed for many years to come. My wife and I found the service provided by NBK to be very professional we had a bathroom and ensuite totally remodelled the work was completed by excellent tradesman with weekly visits from senior members of the team . I can recommend NBK to do a fantastic job and take the time to fully understand your requirements with several meeting at the office going over the smallest detail to ensure you are as happy as we have been.
