James Robinson5 StarHaving Neil undertake a major toilet repair (replacement of a toilet macerator with bath/shower plumbed in) was a very straightforward experience. He was knowledgeable and responsive, on time and polite. He left the bathroom totally clean and ready to go. His pricing was very fair, and he directed us (wisely) to invest in a high quality macerator unit, replacing a cheaper design installed by the pervious owner that only lasted two years.
